I have been with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office for twenty seven years with the Emergency Services Dispatch Unit as an Emergency Services Dispatcher, Emergency Services Supervisor, and currently the Communications Training Officer.I like to seek solutions for problems presented to the board by ACMEA members. Throughout my years with Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, I have been on both the SEIU and ACMEA negotiation teams with successful results.
Due to my participation with the negotiations teams, I have participated in some ad-hoc committees to develop communication networks amongst the members of the bargaining unit. I am always reflecting and creating new ideas to make things run more efficiently.
