The Bargaining Team has met with representatives from AHS on two different occasions, and the team has presented reasonable proposals seeking a cost of living adjustment as well as seeking equity adjustments for specific classifications.
Unfortunately, AHS has not returned the favor. To date they have offered no proposals and have taken actions that seem designed to create internal divisions within the ACMEA ranks.
However, the bargaining team refuses to stoop to their level and is instead focused on obtaining a fair agreement covering the last two years of the agreement.
Our next bargaining session is on August 15th and additional updates will be posted after that.
